Employee/Family
Member
We want you and your family members to use our services. In addition to employees, domestic partners, family members living at home and children registered at college away from home are eligible for Claremont's EAP benefits. Requests to consider other family members are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Telephone calls are answered 24/7, 365 days a year by clinically trained EAP counselors. In routine cases, a first time, in person appointment with a Claremont provider generally occurs within five business days after the call is received. In emergency cases, a same day or immediate appointment is arranged, depending on the urgency of the situation.
The EAP is a confidential service. Information about employees/family members is disclosed only with a voluntarily signed, written Release of Information Agreement, or in special circumstances if disclosure is required by state or Federal laws or by a court. This means that employers do not receive the names of employees using Claremont's services, unless that employee has signed a Release of Information document agreeing to disclose information.
AT&T Language Line and multilingual providers are available upon request. We encourage diversity in our provider network and are interested in adding expert providers who speak both English and another language fluently. Recently, we have added several hundred providers to our network, a number of whom speak Spanish or Asian languages. |
