A high quality, easy
to access provider panel is critical for successful problem solving. Claremont
maintains its own practitioner panel, which consists of pre-screened, highly
professional clinicians who agree to accept our referrals. We administer
a three-tiered admission process before we invite a clinician to join our
panel and we re-credential our provider network periodically so that you
can be sure our clinicians are available and fully qualified.
Our EAP providers are professionally licensed as Marriage and Family Therapists
(MFTs), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs), Licensed Clinical Social
Workers (LCSWs) and/or Psychologists (Ph.Ds), and must have practiced for
5 years or more before joining us. For our mental health and substance abuse
case management network, the provider panel also includes selected physicians.
In order to be considered for inclusion in the Claremont network, applicants
must submit documentation of their professional licensure, along with proof
of insurance, personal references and information regarding their specific
specialties.
Claremont providers must demonstrate several years of training and experience
in a particular area to be considered a specialist. Our clinical staff administers
phone interviews and one-on-one meetings to assess a clinician's depth of
knowledge and expertise in order to determine their areas of specialty.
Once all of this information has been reviewed, references are contacted
and interviews are conducted. We add a new provider to our select list of
clinicians only when this process has been completed. Claremont's provider
panel is always open to applications from qualified, licensed practitioners.
We have both California and national provider network coverage.
Non-Network Providers
Employees/family members sometimes request to see clinicians outside of
Claremont's network. Visits with these non-network providers are authorized
on a case-by-case basis, allowing for continuity of care. |
