adult screening tools, whose individual results may function as indicators
that a person needs to seek further information and assessment from a

No questionnaire by itself can tell if a person has a serious problem or
not. There are many special assessment tools available and we have not provided
an exhaustive list below. If the type of screening you need is not listed
