Our program provides managers/supervisors with professional consultation, training and assistance on a variety of difficult workplace situations, including debriefings in times of crisis. It is a resource that helps management respond to employees who have personal or family issues that are affecting work performance. In addition, Claremont provides managers with tools to effectively integrate the EAP into pre-existing management strategies, procedures and compliance policies such as Drug-Free Workplace and Department of Transportation regulations. Our counselors are trained and provided with updated information regarding regulations that especially affect industries with EAPs.
