Consultation & Referral
A cornerstone of our program is the management consultation process. When employees are having personal issues impacting the workplace, we can help with formal and informal referrals to EAP.
Training & Virtual Seminars
We offer both custom training and one-hour Virtual Seminars. We also offer training in Management Skills, Mindfulness at Work, Harassment and Bullying Prevention, and more.
Critical Incident Response
When your workplace experiences a disruptive event, like death of a co-worker, robbery, natural disaster, accident, lay-off, etc., Claremont can help. A licensed counselor is available 24/7/365 to provide telephonic support. We can also provide an on-site counselor trained in critical incident response. We also offer printed materials for distribution, as appropriate.
Organizational Development
We work with a number of consultants that can assist with team building, lay-off support, retreat facilitation, and more.
Conflict Management
Our consultants have specialized expertise in workplace conflict management and can be helpful in situations ranging from two employees to entire departments.
