Changes and Enhancements to Provider Resources
Claremont EAP Providers now have access to a secure Provider Portal, where you can:
- View open Authorizations
- Submit paperless Claims
- Access EOB history whenever you need it
- Exchange secure messages and documents with our team
- Sign up for electronic (EFT) payments to go paperless
Starting April 27, 2022, you must submit claims through the Provider Portal or via Clearinghouse. Here are some resources to help you navigate of our updates:
